TAMPA - NFL cheerleaders gone wild?

Eleven hours before kickoff against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, two Carolina Panthers cheerleaders were arrested for an incident that took place after they had sex with each other in a bathroom stall, records claim. One was charged with battery, the other disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Fellow Panthers cheerleaders, who were bailing them out from Orient Road Jail late Sunday morning, would not comment.

Witnesses say the incident began 2:10 a.m. Sunday when the two cheerleaders were having sex in a stall at Banana Joe's in Channelside when patrons got angry they were taking so long in the bathroom, an arrest report shows.

The Tampa Tribune is withholding the names of the cheerleaders because of a potential identity issue. Police reports contained names of cheerleaders, but officials are checking into whether one of them gave a false identification.

The cheerleaders left the stall, according to reports. One of the cheerleaders and another person started arguing, and she struck that person in the face with a closed fist, according to the report.

The other cheerleader was escorted from Banana Joe's. So drunk she could barely stand, she was ``rude and belligerent,'' using foul language and being uncooperative to police, the report shows.

A crowd gathered.

Police tried arresting her, but she refused to place her hands behind her back and struggled with an officer trying to place handcuffs on her wrists, the report says.

Isn't there a law in FL that protects what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own bathroom stall?

I'd say two persons in a stall should normally take twice as long, but then we don't know how long their encounter was. However, I've never had to wait in a womens' restroom line for bathroom sex.

Yes, we need visual evidence, or maybe some audio proof.

Its easy to see how they became confused. Back in Carolina, there would have been signs saying. "Go Panthers! Go!" Without that guidance, left on their own, they didn't know if they should have been coming or going.
