We had the monster 8- or 10- point buck in the backyard yesterday afternoon. Probably could have got it with the bow (no firearm hunting in the county), but my dad and I decided we didn't want to deal with chasing down and then dressing a deer on Thanksgiving. There are two antelered bucks that come through the back yard on occasion, so we might get one or the other before the season is out.

I love to race....I have wupped some folks in my time & been wupped by some pretty fast drivers...love baseball too, I used to throw a mean slider...I played football but was to darn skinny, kept gettin' knocked on my butt. I can frame, wire, plumb, HVAC & finish carp. a house....rebuild a flat 4 or 6...There are SOOOOoooo many great sports & hobbies out there....the one I just don't get, is creepin' around with a rifle & scope & blowin' the bejeesers out of some dumb animal ! sorry, just seems strange, there's this need to KILL things. (now if they was shootin' back...there would be a sport...)
