Boyz let me clue U all I manipulate the "tells" all the time...I know the placement of one word in a sentence like the word "have," changes the meaning and effect a sentence has on the reader. I operate on so many layers of meaning and conscienceness in what I write and say, it's not even funny.
Boyz I am out there and down the road on this one. I have been at this for over 30 years, and like turning the page of a book, one day I discovered I had the ability to do it...Or U might say I clarified the use of the ability for more pointed purposes. So U might say I have been practicing on U all.

My littlest one just got Shoots and Ladders. She is pretty good at it but I've been able to beat her (once).

Yep, had it done when I got my tonsils taken out - about 3+ years ago. Cured my snoring 100%.

True story: Probably twenty years ago, I was at a meeting at a secure room at the top of the Capitol Building with a group of Senators, military people and staffers. The guest of honor was Uri Geller. I had heard his name but had no real idea who he was. He gave a talk on military uses of paranormal (if that's the word) capabilities, arguing that the Soviets had made great progress and we needed to catch up, blah blah blah.
Then he did some of the most amazing **** I have ever witnessed. Made spoons bend by just touching them, read people's minds and some other things that would be cute parlor tricks if they were not REAL (if they were not real I and everyone else there was completely fooled). I was just stunned, and left thinking that there's some forces out there I could never hope to understand. I never followed up in any way, but I’ve never seen anything remotely similar to what I saw that day, and I’ll never forget it.

I figured you for something pretty sophisticated/savvy Rodeo...your mental processes are very even keel....and your at least able to peek around a corner...cause you nearly caught me one day and it was only Luck that I was able to turn it...but then I've always bin lucky that way...
Mother says, "Im so fking egocentric it is unbelievable." I was talking to God one day and I asked him for the power to move mountains. He replied, "Tabby you wouldn't know what to do with that much juice, you'd probably misuse it, and I'd have to come an bail you out." "Oh", says I...he then goes on and says , "You know what, I think I'll give you the power of words, your words will move mountains." "Thank You God," says I as I humbly backout of his presence....I just know you don't want to piss him off, he can make your life miserable if you do.

I think the key is to be open-minded, but not gullible. Don't believe things just because people tell you it's true. Look at the vast amounts of money being made based solely on the fact that the general public is extremely gullible. For instance, some of my in-laws actually spend money on things called "ear candles". They really believe they work. P.T Barnum economics. As for paranormal activity, I think a reasonable amount of skepticism is warranted since there has never been any proof or evidence that supports these claims or the events themselves. That doesn't mean that "something" isn't going on, but I think some healthly skepticism is warranted. Mike

The recent one I would like to know more about was at I think Buckingham Palace...One of the rear doors would be found open from time to time, so they put in a security camera...the security camera caught a picture of a ghostly apparittion of a man dressed in 16th century clothing standing on the steps. I saw this on the news...

Telepathy - if it's real why don't I get slapped all day everyday?
Take that off and bend over! Did I say that out loud?

While we all have independent religious beliefs, and some believe there is no God, I have met few people who did not vigorously concede that there is stuff going on we don't see.

Sebring77 - that Powerball trick sure could come in handy! I bought a Quick Pick Lotto ticket once and immediatly insisted on my money back. The numbers were a match to the winning numbers drawn the day before! The lady said it had just as good a chance as any other combo, ya right!
The only time I ever predicted anything and it came true was my hole-in-one shot on May 7, 1995 on the 7th hole with my 7 iron. My wife - GF then - was with me (as were two other guys). I tee'd it up looked at her and said "it's going right in the hole". "OK, what ever tough guy" she said. I never said anything like that before or after. I'm a cocky son-of-a-seacook but not ever on the links. Too much room to look the fool. That hole was different and I can't explain it. Maybe it was luck but I never fealt the ball hit the club and the arc and fade were flawless. A few bounces and a straight roll. I should have gave up the game then and there!
