That's nice, but Slakjaw didn't threaten anyone...he made a promise in an effort to defend his family........

If I may . . . I was found guilty of making terroristic threats while defending my family in precisely the way you describe. I used exactly that language . . "if you go near my kid again . . " judge nearly threw the book at me.

I agree with your stance completely, but the court does not. At least it did not in this case. I suspect that your claim of a "promise" not being a "threat" would not stand up in court.

Quite personally, I think all of this is stupid...I'm just having a little fun with it. I genuinely never believed anyone was going to hurt anyone else here.........

Also, fLintstone's threats wouldn't hold up in court either....
