have to give up some of our rights?

The news channels keep trying to brainwash us into giving up rights.

We know there are people in Washington who look for any reason to take our money & rights. They will use anything, even the WTC attack for there goals. It is sick the way they use poor old Brady, solbering all over himself, who was shot during the assination attempt on Regan to take our right to bear arms.

Planes headed out west were highjacked with knives. The FFA says no knives, even pocket knives, on the planes. This seems kind of sissy when wagon trains crossed hostile areas to get to California. Maybe the airplanes should issue knives. 4 or 5 knife armed high jackers wouyldn't have much of a chance if everybody else has the same. The government tries to make us think they are our protection , but when it comes to it we are responsible for taking care of our families & ourselves.

The government has had War on Poverty, War on Drugs, now War on Terrorism. They take our money & freedoms because of these wars & lose. To win the War on Terrorism, we need all of our rights & everybody working together. We don't need the government's search & seizure without a warrant or probable cause. I wonder about a government that outlaws asualt rifles for its citizens because of drug smugglers, leaving its citizens with less protection than what it calls enemy.

I support all US troops used to get the terrorists, I served my time even though rejected by many who selected me. I'm just saying that we have some in Washington as dangerous to our country as those who we fight.

You know what I'm saying. A president sucking on big cigars (& does other things with cigars) has raised the taxes on cigarettes so much that a man who works for a living can't buy them.
