Is there such thing as women raping boys?
I get sick and tired of seeing school teachers (women) being prosecuted for suposedly raping teenagers (14-17 y/o).
Sure, this poses a moral problem, but in no way should this be called rape. A woman, physically, cannot `rape` a man. There is no such thing, period. A man can rape a woman, a boy, a girl, but the the reverse is impossible. Do I need explain more? Actually, I`d love to hear from men who have been raped by women to prove me wrong, if such a thing exists. I think that the notion of rape done by women is a perverse effect of feminism which tends to consider men and women equal in all accounts. Men and women are not equal, because they are different. And, from the same token, the statutory rape age should be different for men and women, so that school teachers would not be prosecuted for applying sexual education on their male students. Am I wrong? Aurel |
Wishful thinking on your part?

hypothetically consider this. two strong women attack a man. knock him down and restrain him. the next command to him is "get it up or lose it", they mount him in turns and flee. is that a rape?
edit: suppose the two women are Janet Reno and Roseann Barr. |

God damn right it's rape. If a man can get charged for having sex with a girl who is under the influence of alcohol, then a woman should be able to get charged for having sex with a man who in under the influence. I think it works like this in IL.

Sounds like the homophobia from High School lockers rooms: OH MY GOD SOME KID HAS AN ERECTION WITH OTHER BOYS AROUND, HE MUST BE GAY. |
First of all, you need to learn the definition of rape.
If you piss me off, I'm gonna show this thread to my wife who volunteers at a non profit for the prevention of child abuse and no-fee treatment of victims by licensed counselors. It wouldn't take her but a minute to rip you a new one. Now get your head out of the sand and go do something for the victims of rape, be they school boys or your little girl. BTW, I came over here to ask a question about computers. Otherwise, I keep away from this place. Any wonder why??? ;) |

Just out of curiousity, do you differentiate between molestation and rape? |

Would, then, Janet Reno and Bill Gates be incest?

Aurel;
In my wild college youth, I drove a ferryboat at night and was a student by day. It limited my partying, so 'opportunities' were few and farther between than usual. I also rode a motorcycle all thru my school years; I met a biker chic onboard one night, and we made a 'date' to go riding the following weekend. She had a killer tight bod, but was a little rough around the edges..... Long story short, by the time dinner was done after a 300 mile ride (her on her bike, me on mine), I was ready to go home, and never see her again. She convinced me to 'swing by her place' so she could show me a set of wheels she wanted to put on her bike. As soon as I got in the door, I knew it was a mistake. Another long story short, she comes out of her bedroom, in a thong and toting a BIG handgun. To this day, all I could say was that it was chromed. The gun was chromed. I had the choice of putting out or limping (pardon the pun) home. For those of you that think this scenario is hot, OK, but it was the first time in my youthful experience I had something close to an ED problem. Eventually, she lost interest in the gun, and I was able to manually do what it took to get her off, and get out of there. Was it rape? It felt like it at the time. Did I do anything about it, or even tell anyone about it? Nope. It was 1973. This is the first time I have ever said anything about it. I didn't think anyone would ever believe me. I think male rape is VERY possible. How would you feel if Greta VanSustern chose your teenage son's case as a national example of male rape by his teacher. Would you feel that it was rape then? I think females should run the same risk of illegal behavior that males do. Especially if there is an age difference, or any physical form of force. If you'd ever had anything close to this kind of experience, you'd see it clearly. |
Sing, enjoy your time in SoCal...U need it!

Why is everyone failing to point out the nature of 'statutory' rape?
This type of law is in place to protect youth. You are all assuming that girls who are victims of statutory rape don't want to have sex, when frequently that is not the case. Sexual arousal and the voluntary nature of the act having nothing to do with the crime. The law is there to protect youth from being influenced into having sex, sex that they may in fact desire at the moment it happens. |
Y'all be kindly to Aurel here...it's not his fault he's so off base. You see, he's a left handed college professor Frenchman. The French... screw with their faces & fight with their feet.

yes, it is true. I didnt mind

Here's an idea, Aurel: strap-on.
Two women overpower a man (or boy), taking advantage of whatever defecencies he has, and for kicks, anally rape him. Here's a serious question: is rape in France thought of and prosecuted the same as in the US? |
I think Aurel is either too young to know any better or has the mind of a child either way I wouldn't give him much credence.

Strap-on would definetely be rape, DD74, by the definition of non-consensual penetration. That is what rape is. And yes, France does severly prosecute rape too. What the female school teachers do to young boys is molestation, not rape. It does not make it right, but this is not rape. Now, it is defined as statutory rape, as Hard-drive made very clear: they may be aroused and enjoy it, but they are being taken advantage of by an adult, without knowledge of the emotional consequences. I really did not mean to offend anyone, and I was just curious to ask if a man or boy penetrating a woman could be considered being raped. Apparently, according to Singpilot, yes. So, I learned something tonight. Thanks.

my 1st "time" was the summer after 6th grade with a girl, a woman at the time of 17. i was about 12 and it was awesome. dipped my deek and rode home from my buddies house the next day on my 21" moto-x bike thinking i was the sheet. seemed cool, hell WAS cool at the time.
thing is that once i had rung the bell for real with this "older" woman i found girls of my own age not "advanced" enough for my liking. that lead me to push too hard and often do the wrong thing. in the late 70's, early 80's no did not mean no if we were at the prom, and i rented a suit. in hindsight not the best thing for a boy of 12, but i would not change a thing. |
