I am on my boat in sunny, warm SoCal. It is drop dead gorgeous.

But that's not what this thread is about.

It's about.......

_the p-car sitting patiently in your garage waiting for the snow to melt.

_sending a thank-you email to your accountant for last years tax help (knowing you are really gonna need it again this year).

_calling an ex to tell her (lying gracefully) that she was responsible for you being a better man for her leaving you.

_calling your present S.O. and telling her (again lying gracefully) that she is responsible for you being a better man (knowng full well you are lucky to have her, better or not).

_bringing a treat home to your pet (who, in addition to sleeping all day, has been guarding the house and garage with the p-car in it).

_bringing a treat home for the kids (if there are any) and the S.O. (who has THAT look on her face after seeing you bring a treat for the damn dog).

_calling your boss and telling him thank you for the wallet-busting bonus you got in spite of the worst corporate performance in years. If you work for an oil company, call his attorney, and thank him for not naming you in the indictment defense.

All in all, a wonderful day.
