Polishing headlight glass
My headlights are looking a bit rough from years of dirt, rocks, etc...
I was wondering what all of you might reccommend for polishing. I've heard from several people that diluted toothpaste would work, however is it just as simple as like 600 grit and water? |

Slightly hijacking (sorry Jared) suppose you had an old pair of eyeglasses that you want to keep as a spare pair, but they're scratched. Would you polish them the same way? Understanding that any coating etc will be removed.
