Forget cartoons, how about a Mohammad blow up doll?? Both sexual and non sexual types. WTF why not?

I am talking about BOTH "blow up" and BLOW up" dolls.

This brings up something I have been pondering...
If all images of Mohammad are and have been forbidden by Muslims and theoretically only Muslims knew what he looked like... Then how do they identify a picture or cartoon of Mohammad when we don't know what he looked like? Seems like these cartoons could be of any random Arab.
