MS OUTLOOK runtime error?

I ran a few housecleaning utilities the other day (Crap Cleaner, AdAware, Antivirus) and now my e-mail isn't working. Actually I think it did work after that, but I cannot be sure. Anyway, when OUTLOOK starts I get the following error:

Runtime error!

Program C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~4\Office\OUTLOOK.EXE

This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Something tells me contacting MS might be a touch difficult

Anyone know what I did or what is wrong?

Thanks.

It could be that your antivirus deleted files that were infected, but necessary for the good functioning of MS outlook. Were there any viruses detected by the antivirus? What action was taken (deletion, quarantine...)

If you are running WIndows XP, see if you can run a "System Restore." If so, pick a date prior to the errors and it should take care of the problem. Also, you can the same if you are using Norton Go Back.

Good luck, David
