Running Late?

If your running late just make the traffic signals green and you'll get there on time. I think this guy got off light. He should've gotten in more trouble than that. IMO. Kinda funny though. You be the judge.

do they work on all lights?

To avid speeding tickets, another thing you usd to be able to do was to take a spark plug and crack the case and rig it so you could fire from your cig lighter - the EMI/RFI it puts out is strong enough to fry laser-radar units. At least it worked in Boston from 1989 to 1993.
