Awsome video, Thom. At least you are out there DOING it; I am envious as hell. I'll be doing the DE thing for a few more years (till the kids are out of school and some tuition money frees up), but my long range goal is to actually race. My hat is off to you.
I've done that exact same thing in a DE. Who here has not? The difference is, there is no one right outside your door trying to beat you into that corner. A little out of shape, correct it and drive on in the DE game. Not so with cars that close. Oh well, I hope it all worked out o.k. for you two. It doesn't look like you hit all that hard, and it looks like you and the guy in the 17 car were having a blast.
