I looked into it - the grease that is factory filled for the US market is coming from a Japanese company - not us. We do Europe and after market for them. Sorry for the misprint earlier.
If your grease is clumping, that is not a good thing. Share some pics.

What are your recommendations for bicycle components? I typically use T9 bike lube on the derailleurs, levers and other moving parts - lightly on the chain.
