A win win situation. Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border, take the dirt and raise the levies in New Orleans, and then put the Florida alligators in to the border moat!

Better still, put most of the Florida residents in the moat. Preferably with the alligators. Good idea though. I like the brainstorming.

Ho about just the liberals, that way they can give the gators aid and they can pass it too the illegals. Of course shooting illegals is OK to.

I was thinking more of the white trash, retired New Yorkers, rednecks and so on, but whatever. Throw anyone with the first name "Jeb" in too. Anyone with a Porsche gets to stay high & dry (well "high" is relative - highest point in the state is what? 100' or something?)
