As well, during the second-term elections, I think the IRS went after a Catholic church in CO, where the archbishop refused communion to any person who was pro choice and voting for Kerry. They shut up real quick when their coffers became involved.

If this is from an old press conference (as I think it is) some weeks/months back don't get too excited by it. They're just saying if you don't want to abide by our rules & don't want to live here then don't. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Isn't it just saying the obvious? Maybe I've missed the point - feel free to point it out to me.
