My boss is a woman, a married woman, and I'm not gay. Additionally, on a personal level, I don't want to deal with any hassles, so on a personal level, I'd reconsider before dating someone at work in general. And I will never date a married man so that slims the pickings considerably at work LOL.
But I'll be damned if someone's going to tell me I was being "harrassed" if I did.....
Besides, we've had a network manager date a tech support person, they both left the firm now, they're still together, and I recently heard she's pregnant now. We have a manager who lives with a tech support person, and we have a Tech Support Supervisor living with a Network Engineer. It's not against our policy. Only direct reports is not encouraged....
