Superior/subordinate relationships are by definition sexual harrassment even if both parties are "consenting". It's not my rule, it's the rule of the US corporate world. Heck, you can get court marshalled where I come from for a superior/subordinate relationship (we call it fraternization). The bottom line is that if the subordinate decides to file an EEOC complaint, even if the relationship was consenting, it will be deemed harrassment.

sorry, but I think the same hold true if the gender is reversed. Supervisor/subordinate relationships are stupid, wrong and very likely harassment.

ymmv. but when you get sued and fired, don't say I didn't warn ya...

My boss is a woman, a married woman, and I'm not gay. Additionally, on a personal level, I don't want to deal with any hassles, so on a personal level, I'd reconsider before dating someone at work in general. And I will never date a married man so that slims the pickings considerably at work LOL.

But I'll be damned if someone's going to tell me I was being "harrassed" if I did.....

Besides, we've had a network manager date a tech support person, they both left the firm now, they're still together, and I recently heard she's pregnant now. We have a manager who lives with a tech support person, and we have a Tech Support Supervisor living with a Network Engineer. It's not against our policy. Only direct reports is not encouraged....

I am still trying to figure out how Clintons blowjob and or sexual harrassment has anything to do with Rush's Viagra trips to the Dominican Republic?

I am not defending Willie and his sexual wrongdoings. He is an A-hole that cheated on his wife.... that got caught.

You have to wonder how many in Washington do the same?

Jim, it's called 'diversion'.

Also, Patsy when I want your opinion about my political association I'll ask for it. Until then, continue reading my posts like the Santa Claus wannabe that you are.
It's obvious that you need to be told loudly and often, and perhaps I'll do that, when I decide the need arises, like now.

Bring lots of folks with you, which you're used to doing, be sure to be in the front of the pack, and bring lots of weapons, maybe nukes; you'll need all of that. SmileWavy

Sheesh, where do these infantile posters come from?
