That's still under construction, 10,000+ square feet on ten acres. As you might expect, the amenities list is extensive. Included are a 5 car garage plus workshop and movie theater.

I don't think we have anything over $3 mil around here.

I was watching a program about Superhomes in the LA area, and one of the Hollywood BIGBOY agents owns a $13M MEGA home in Pacific Palisades.... However hes unhappy in it and wants to down scale...he says who needs to have 6 people on Staff for himself and his 6 year old son.

I forgot the guys name, but he is Bruce Willis agent.

$4.1M in my neighborhood will buy the Eastern side of town.... Heck, people are scared to spend $165K on my 17 acres, 3/3 2830 sqft home and that is with minerals included. and the home will cost $160K to rebuild!
