I thought so
I just read this news story about a woman who was gunned down at the exact same spot that her brother was murdered four years ago. Analicia Perry was lighting candles at a makeshift shrine devoted to her brother, Robert Perry, when she was shot. The article said this took place in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston but these didn't sound like African-American names so I Googled it and sure enough "Roxbury is one of Boston's oldest neighborhoods and the heart of the African American community."

Not sure what your point is... but I'll insert this as a joke.   I agree a sad commentary on todays inner city. Its a mess that needs lots of cleaning up but a not a priority as long as it does not bbther any of the "good people"
