Talking That was an exciting F1 race

Should F1 build rain generators for use at random tracks?

The past few F1 races have been boring, but this race was incredible.

From the reports looks like it was fun. (Asleep on the left coast)

Awesome race!! Too bad Kimi ran over Luigi or Antonio ot whatever that Italian dude's name is.
He could have had a win, for sure.
I didnt't see where the wheel nut came loose on Alonos's car, though. I was vacuuming and watching the race. Did they get into depth on what happened?

Where did the Super Aguri cars find all that speed?

It's not that the Super Aguris were that much faster, it's because everyone else was slower. Fine tuned aero and chassis doesn't help as much in the wet.

That race was awesome, i demand rain at all the remaining races!

The Super Aguris have a whole new aero package, they were doing pretty decent in practice on friday. Not bad since it's still a 4 year old arrows chassis.

Are you guys talking about the Hungarian GP? I missed the last 8 laps as the guy buying my Bugeye showed up to pick it up! How much did Schumaker get penalized for cutting those two corners?

none. he lost his steering, and gave up with 2 laps left. no points.

then after the race they dq'ed Kubicia because his car was too light (wore off too much rubber on the tires, what a load), MS ended up in 8th.

You should have made him come in and watch the end with you.

I couldn't figure out what Hobbs and Varsha were so worked up about when Schumacher cut the chicane the first time. They were basing on him and talking about steward's penalties. If memory serves me correct, he was still in front of the other car when he cut the chicane, so he didn't need to let the car past, since there was no advantage gained. As a matter of fact, he did slow and let the other car catch right up to him, before taking off again.

I agree, but why was he fighting a loosing battle? He had worn inter's on, and PDR had new dry's. Same with Heidfeld. He should have let both by, maybe not pull over, but certainly not fight as hard, and taken fourth place points. That could have won him the championship. What he did might have lost him the championship.

And why didn't they change is tires on his second stop?

It appeared to me that if he had not cut the chicane then the other car would have ended up in front.

He got an advantage by cutting the chicane. Should have given up the spot.

It's amazing that he got a point with a DNF. Tells you a lot about the race

It appeared to me if he did not cut the chicane his car and the other car would be one. The other car did not have the traction to make that move on slicks in the wet, yet tried to push MS off the line. MS was in front and had every right to hold his line. After being hit once he took evasive action as to not get damaged.

He lost his front wing earlier understeering into the car in front of him that had just past him. This was the same except vise versa.
