Isuzu Rodeo
A 2002 model with a 3.2 ltr V6. Does anyone know if this motor is a Honda power plant?

I can't tell you if it is a Honda power plant or not, but I had a 1995 back when I was in college and I couldn't kill that thing. Believe me I tried. You might want to check to see when they were bought out by GM cause it could be there powerplant. GM owns Isuzu now, but I don't know when they took over.

Rodeo and Passport are/were built from an Isuzu design at the Subaru-Isuzu assembly plant in Indiana. The Passport is merely a retrimmed/rebadged Isuzu.
I believe The Honda-made Pilot is it's successor.

The Rodeo is a pretty good car, my sister-in-law had one and it worked well for her.
Wierd though, towards the end of its life it started backfiring. When it would backfire it sounded strangely like "KINGMAKER"!!

Honda and Acura re-badged the Rodeo for a couple of years until they could develop their own SUV. My guess is the engine isn't Honda, first time I've heard of Honda and GM sharing engines is the Honda V6 in the Saturn Vue Redline SUV.
