I had a small 3.5hp mercury outboard on my 22ft sailboat. I took it to the local outboard folks to have it tuned up, and was complaining about it being too small for my boat.

His response:
"It's OK to have a small Mercury, as long as you have a big Johnson!"

A few nights ago I had some fun... let's just say that the girl had noticed that my hands weren't very big, and she was very impressed later on...
