It is a good draft document - but it is too complicated. Five of your six "laws" actually state what the laws can't do. So we can collapse the whole thing down to just one line...

1) Everything is permitted and lots of chicks with big boobs are mandatory.

You see. The libertarians were right all along. The government that governs least governs best.

I like the way you think! I knew something sounded wrong with the no this and no that.

However this government has to be self supporting i.e. no taxes... see my proposal to open breweries and distilleries and their profits would support the state. The government could also grow weed, just stick a seed in the ground, water it, and in a few months you make a boat load of money.

No jails either... the premise of having everyone heavily armed is to do away with crime and the need for police and military.
