You may think that, but Rubenstein's articles have completely refuted the argument that Illegal Aliens are paying their way in America, a part of which includes your assertion that they're paying taxes. A tiny fraction of them may be paying, but most are tax eaters, not tax payers.

Actually, no it doesn't. For one, this dude's comments relate to legal immigrants.

Can you paste Rubenstein's analysis on most of the 12 million illegals avoiding taxes? Additionally, can you outline HOW they all can avoid taxes?

Since apparently it's an easy thing to do, I'm sure everyone on this board could use a tip or two...

Eventually you start to plot against me and my buddies and all the other folks living in your house. You start to kill off some of my buddies hoping we will all leave. But we retailate by killing your kids.

At summer's end you mount a last stand with your wife. But with just the rakes and shovels we gave you to to grow food in the clay patch we moved you to, you can't do much. We shoot you and your wife and complete the take over of your house and yard.

Funny how the most poignant post in this entire thread has been completely ignored.

Those fking bastards would not come to my house. I mean ICE, the INS. I had a bunch of admitted illegals working at my house and the INS would NOT come to investigate. The bastards. They fked up my house, they would not admit what they had done, they won, the sobs. America is DOOMED unless we get ahold of immigration. Those bastards are here to take over, not to assimulate.

So, in the spirit of this thread...

It today's newspaper there was an article on two border patrol agents who are now facing 11 and 12 years in prison due to firing on an illegal who was smuggling 700+ lbs of pot. The reason? Your gonna love this.....his civil rights were violated. AND, he got immunity on the pot charges AND he's now suing the Govmt for 5 million dollars! Where is the friggen outrage. If some is here illegally how the he11 do they have civil rights? That should be reserved for US citizens. Please do not confuse this with human rights, which is a different topic.

Now, I should add that the two agents were orignially offered a plea bargain of one year each, but refused becuase they felt they were innocent. Also some jurors said they were 'pressured' into a verdict. Finally, the fact that the agents did not file a report of the incident evidently played a part too. Either way, the wrong people are in jail.

We're going to hell in a hand basket...just like Tabs said. It makes me seeth with anger just thinking about this.

You raise an interesting point, chances are, if we did have an open immigration policy (along with the elimination of the minimum wage and NO access to the government hand-out programs for immigrants), we'd all be able to afford domestic help. Low cost domestic help would be a fantastic time-saver for me!

I say just keep them the f out. I will pay more for my domestic help if I need to.
