Have DST all year long and let people adjust their schedules. One of the funniest things I ever ran across was the farmer who complained that DST messed up the schedule of his cows for milking. Clocks are an artifact. The cows were just fine. It was the farmer who was screwed up!!

Yeah...here in AZ we have standard time all year just so it will cool off a bit before bedtime. We are like cockroaches here in the summer....We only come out after dark.
