Markus,
I drive mine until the salt trucks hit the road. I don't drive her in the rain, so hiding from the snow is easy for my mind to hang on to. The roads clear well enough for me to drive every once in a while.
I feel your pain, but you can't keep her locked up all winter long...........not good for the car or you.
Forget the "It's just a car" thing, they are so much more. Yes they are only metal and leather pieces but they are so much more than that. When you get right down to it people are made from nothing more that a pile of chemicals.............think about it.

Good points Rick!

There is no way I can endure a 5 months withdrawal from my 3.2 flat six air cooled dildo.

Leather, don't forget the leather.:)

This thread has now gone to the dark side..........................uummmmmmmmmm leather

livi 11-25-2006 09:14 AM

Right. Perhaps it is time to compile a list of pros and cons with metal versus flesh mistresses. Advantages and disadvantages. Pictures will not go amiss.

Stijn, you care to start ? :)

svandamme 11-25-2006 09:17 AM

nope.

Ok I'll start,
I sleep with Beth, I dream about Lanna. I'll let Ya'll decide which one is the wife. :)

livi 11-25-2006 09:28 AM

Rick,

You are a supreme example of the original thread subject.

But, sleeping in your car ?!!

That is really impressive! :D

to damned tragic and i don't have any booze in the house to drown the story once i finish it....

livi 11-25-2006 10:31 AM

Stijn,

I know. Sorry to bring up bad memories.

On a side note, I am actually getting fairly pissed here. Does not take more than a half bottle of wine nowadays. Been dancing in the kitchen for an hour with my kids. Hannah, 20 months old, moving her hips left to wright to the music. Hilarious. We have been going threw Katrina and the Waves "Walking on Sunshine" all the way to Rolling stones "Start me up".

Strange repertoire for a single dad, but they all love it.

Rick V 11-25-2006 10:59 AM

Markus,
I think you just found your Porsche replacement. I recon we'll have to keep all the leather talk down until the kids go to bed. :)

livi 11-25-2006 11:36 AM

Done.

The little one fell sound asleep to the tunes by David Lindley. Soon the other three will follow and IŽll be heading out to the garage and my mistress..

...maybe IŽll try out that comfy back seat..

svandamme 11-25-2006 11:50 AM

i really couldn't do it... i didn't have a garage, but if i did , and my targa would have been in it, with a working engine... i would never have been able to resist the temptation to drive...

hell , the only reason i got rid of the bugger, is because i couldn't drive it enough, because the garage was 35 miles away... and i couldn't get in when i wanted to...

Rick V 11-25-2006 12:13 PM

I thought I had it bad. You guys almost make me feel normal. :)

livi 11-25-2006 01:06 PM

Yup, thats us pitiful Europeans for ya. As a slight compensation we got those nice slender rear bumper pads and a few more ponies under the lid. :D

Steve PH 11-25-2006 01:55 PM

Galvanisation isnt exactly the be all and end all of avoiding rust but surely if you got you cars sills wax oiled it would be pretty much impervious to the old tin worm. No reason why you shouldn't enjoy the car over winter, just keep an eye on things.

Markus:

So when do you see the sun again?
