A bit brighter comes end of February. But the salt usually sticks to the roads until beginning of April.
Days with sunny, warm weather from mid April.

What are you doing today? The wether today is awsome 70, sunny, low humidity, and I'm too sick to get behind the wheel and enjoy it.

Well, Rick, here it has been raining more or less constantly the last two weeks. Temp hovering slightly above freezing point. Dark, misty and damp.
