IPOD question..

Is there anyway to get music FROM an IPOD back onto a PC or flash dive or such? I know you can if you used to IPOD as a hard drive, but if you inputed songs normally like through Itunes, or ripped rom CDs, can you get them back?

or go IPOD to IPOD....?

I used that program as well when my HD crashed last month cronicled here on OT.

Actually I downloaded it and tested it. It works and I'm so lazy I haven't finished paying for it and unloading the rest off my ipod.

I found it at cnet or zdnet.

You need to save the songs to the drive, just like a flash drive and not use the ipod software. There is a place to check "use as a drive" somewhere. Itunes doesn't want you (at least easily) to take all your tunes and then just dump them on your friends computer. This is one way around it, basically just using the Ipod like a 30gb hard drive.
