Obviously it's not all about the money, but the response it got transcended everything, it really made great TV. It took a month to film; I stood on a mountain; I flew a helicopter over Vegas. I did it to be the king of all videos and I wanted to walk home with that award. "(The reason the other video won) - That was some spread the love bulls**t, 'Oh everyone should have an award.' Please press people print, 'Kanye says f**k that!'" This is the second time West has vented his fury over losing an award - in 2004 he lost out on the Best New Artist gong at the American Music Awards (AMAs) to country singer GRETCHEN WILSON. The GOLD DIGGER hitmaker said at the time, "I feel I was definitely robbed. I was the best new artist this year."

I'm really digging The Tube on my digital cable.

(I caught a live performance of "White Room" by Cream in 2005. Man has Jack Bruce's voice changed. And it seemed Ginger Baker couldn't do his crazy synchopated rythms anymore...)

It's pathetic that KANYE WEST is outraged about a video as though it were the end of the world, and sits silently by as our president continues his failed polices in Iraq. It's shameful, actually.

Just YESTERDAY, the Iraqi PM ceased the US Military's checkpoints in Sadr City. Yes, you heard me correctly. The Iraqi PM is controlling U.S. military strategy and operations.

al Sadr whispers in his ear, he tells OUR military what he (and Sadr) want done, and we do it.
