That looks HOT!!! I'd like to get more info. So far, the only drawback I see is the Ford nameplate.

AFAIK Noble can only sell rolling chassis as a kit car, you supply the drivetrain.

"The Noble® M12 will be sold in limited quantities as a component rolling chassis* only. These units come factory assembled, painted, upholstered, fully instrumented with brakes, suspension, exhaust, wheels, and tires ready to accept your drivetrain. The engine/transaxle is to be installed by the buyer or at the buyer's direction by an independent contractor. Although 1g Racing does not provide drivetrain, there are a number of race engine builders that can supply an engine/transaxle package."

It's been out there for a while. The GTO (w/only 350hp) is supposed to be one of the most sublime handlers, and doesn't even have stabilizer bars. Some have put the higher horse engine in that one which is a little lighter IIRC.

incredible car, some good top gear reviews:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=WPY4oDypf2s
http://youtube.com/watch?v=1sqJb5pVZFo
http://youtube.com/watch?v=trE2X4KibZU

The first one is the new model which is a direct competitor to the 911.
2nd video is the older one, keep in mind Clarkson hates just about every car.
3rd video is about a tvr, but at the end the M12 does a lap which is very impressive

Passes euro requirements and is sold complete in GB. They just don't want to do it in the US, some states won't license because of smog primarily (read Kali) plus the onerous US airbags etc. It is sold complete minus engine/tranny (everything done.) You simply go to a known engine supplier with the chassis, pay your 15-20K depending on your engine, and a few days later drive out. Not bad at all. Car is built buy the same shop as Superformance IIRC.

Now, if having navigation and 300W stereo, and cupholders is what your looking for...

EDIT: I think there is a heat soak prob with the IC on track days in US kind of weather.

A friend that instructs at a local track drove one and told me he wasn't impressed. There are a few in Houston and they're nice looking, but as others have written, they're not competition to Porsche.

One of my friends had one of those Ultima, I can tell you the thing was a monster BUT it was n/a vs the Noble v6 TT, the ultima was top less and the heat inside the cabin was unreal, the ultima had traction problems vs the Noble with awesome grip.

My vote is for the Noble
