Fake all the way. No way does the amount of stomach distress and effort demonstrated equal the amount of product released. Face it, thats a major **** if it was real.

Returned from India a month ago and had a situation where that could have happened.

Problem is that after being sick for over a week, the potty was my best friend and there was no way in hell that I could have gotten near a hot tub.

Would also wonder if this was fake...
