You can lower the crew module and fish from it, evidently. But it doesn't look like it has much of a rig to "sail" away.

Cool, we now have a name and some numbers on it. I posted pictures of this craft a month or two ago, it's as weird as it gets but follows the old form follows function rule.

Proteus is also the name of a very common bacteria species that likes to colonize the urinary tract in some women. Not quit as fancy little bugger..
