Well, I was just going to try to get it running for you to sell it, or give it to a school, or some family member or so you could pull off some of your data from the hard drive. But as she can put that hard drive into the external enclosure, then you can get your old data off. Any idea on cost to ship to San Jose, 95148?

This was in regards to the invasion only, I've heard that one. Obviously he did not think complete withdrawl would be viable in a day or so.

Anyway, even on the page the references to six months are not in regards to being finished and home. In particular, that page is full of "we'll know alot in six months" statements.

I'm just saying that I think the attempts to remember how this all happened differently......are working.

I think any statement by any admin person talking of the war taking a very short time conveyed to the American people that this was going to be easy, and once Saddam was gone, we would be home very soon thereafter.

It has been the pattern of this admin to be disingenuous, particularly the VP in his references to Saddam and 911 long after everyone else agreed that there was none, and everyone in the admin had been less than candid regarding the possibility that we would still be there now. Of course, they probably believed we would be out by now. That just shows they had forgotten the long history of the area with the age old tribal rivalries.
