the only rule is there is no rule. if they want it, they'll do it before you even GET to go to dinner... if they don't, you may never... some cave in if you're persistent though so it's always worth a shot

I'd say the 3-date rule only works for full intercourse. It's perfectly reasonable to expect a B.J. on the second date. Maybe sooner. Especially in college. :)
