Passport 9500i
Has anybody had a chance to sample or read about the new Passport 9500i? It is equipped with a GPS and has a bunch of clever features. For example, it will cut the sensitivity down to nearly nothing if the car is moving slowly. I don't understand why they didn't incorporate some form of the V1's arrow system.
It starts shipping in February. http://www.escortradar.com/9500i-inside-look.htm#q2

I just read on another forum (add liberal amounts of salt here) that the actual radar detection capabilities are pretty close to the 8500.
Sounds like Car & Driver needs to do a new radar detector comparison!

I stopped using my V1 last year. All the local polzei are using lidar...so I was notified only that I had been bagged.
