Does this seem wrong?
Quote:
Are car dealers supposed to do background checks to people buying cars? Do we need another 7-day waiting period?

Is there any more to this case? 98 counts between them? Does that mean they sold 98 cars to drug dealers or were there orther charges in there?

You must report any "deal" that is more than 10K where the client pays in cash

Because of the "War on Drugs":
*I can't buy anything big with cash without filling out a CTR. *I can't buy cold medicine without a driver's license and signing a log. *Police can get a warrant to search my house if I have a heat lamp. *All sorts of infringements off the Second Ammendment exist (though none of them actually affect the targeted groups). *My property can be confiscated without recourse if a dog smells something funny. *An armed swat team may be used to serve a warrant at 2:00 a.m.. I'm sure there are more I have missed...
