i love free stuff...atv

today one of my customers gave me a tip for doing a very very large custom install on his old school cadilac.
a yamaha blaster
sure the engine is blown (one of his friends ran it without oil in the gas), but that's an easy fix....i get the engine on tuesday.
a second option is a friend has a honda 350x 4 stroke engine we may wedge in there after modifying the frame.
i'll be tearing this bike down all the way and go over everything to make it a solid machine....
also got a box full of extra panels, exhaust, suspension, and mud rear tires

yes.....laying down some epoxy next weekend, then have to pick up the glass and sylicon it in, should be filled with water by the end of april....also getting my 911 ready for autocross season

it's a 350 gallon tank, i decided against the river tank because i know i would have wanted to make it bigger, plus i can get this one out of the house
here it is pre-epoxy with the rear piece of the background (also made from scratch) sitting dry, have them for the sides too.
tank is 6ft wide, 4 ft deep, 2 ft tall......should hold a school of oscars well.

here's the tank....

the blaster was a pleasant suprise, we were discussing the final touches on the caddy and mentioned his friends blew it up (he originally bought it from a co-worker) and was looking for half of what he had in it, i jokingly said it'd make a hell of a "tip"
then he said it was mine.....an hour later it was in my truck

i use to "race" an atc 250r (3-wheeler) when i was young....been many years since i played with atv's,
this is going to be a fun project

Good score there! There is plenty of aftermarket stuff available for the Blaster. You should be able to get her up, and running without too much trouble.
Have fun!
