Houses that are Cheaper then Cars
I really hope the big 3 turn around their way of doing business and quality to bring the economy back. I'm not holding my breath for it. Another option would be to say forget 'em and do what it takes to bring in new employers to step it up.

so why wouldn't someone scoop up a few for a longterm investment? There are several places like that by me..Troy NY is litterally worthless...houses selling for 5000 or less..

A 500K home in Bloomfield Hills went for 130K? Holy ****. Thats one of the nice areas of Detroit.
The rest of it, everything from about 12 mile south, can be bombed into oblivion if you ask me. Good ridance.
