Rahal Letterman 997 with a punctured radiator.... should have been air cooled...

Just joking, I love the 997's. The only good thing is that if they lose, it'll likely be to an F430, and thats one car I don't mind a 997 losing to.

That was AWESOME! The Ferrari was playing a little dirty there at the end. Was a NASCAR driver at the wheel?

It did look more like NASCRAP than sports car racing. I'll say no more for the sake of those who haven't seen it yet. But it pissed me off.

It's unfortunate that Jorg didn't know that was the way they would officiate the race. He had plenty of opportunity to punt the Ferrari off line on that last lap.

Lots of fun to watch. Too bad it got a little dirty.

.202 seconds !!!!! What a race. The last 10 minutes were great, best finish I've seen. The last turn tustle was just racing, inside, outside, back and forth, man it was great.

+1

He could have put the Ferrari into the wall several times.

One more lap and Bergmeister would have won cleanly.

The driver of the Ferrari hit the Porsche on purpose to win( duh ).

Penalties should follow or we will see dead racers in the future...

Jorg lost it.
He had the lead and lost it.
His team knows it too.

Gotta protect your line.

Bergmeister said it best, "If that's what he's got to do to win, he's welcome to it"

Cheesy, very low class.

Now for F1

Later, Don

Jorg did all he could to get to a possible win. If he was banging on the Ferrari as much as the Ferrari was banging on him...no contest. Jorg made all of his passes or attempted passes clean. High respect for that. Big Red then attempts to punt Jorg into the wall and he has to lift...weak. Successful, but I would remember that, and the next time, Big Red would be taken out much earlier with similar tactics. I was jumping up and down to see how Porsche was soooo close to winning. And then pissed how we were squeezed out!

Regardless, it was the best finish of a 12 hour race I have ever seen. I would of found MELO and clearly kicked the ***** out of him, if I were Jorg! I would of done it as me, if I were there. Then again, if I were there I would not of seen that incredible finish to the race! Fans never get the same incar camera and commentary as we do!
