Every kill plant on Earth tortures animals. From the time they are sent out on to the kill plant, waiting to get slaughtered, being 'processed', flipped upside down, sometimes shocked or knocked but sometimes not, throat cut and bled out - sounds like torture to me. While they are waiting, these animals know its coming - I swear you can see it in their eyes!

The only living creatures that take no lives are the plants; converting sunlight, oxygen, water and a few minerals to sustain themselves and multiply.

I thought about them, but figured most readers would just consider there are exceptions to just about everything. Bacteria around black smokers do a similar thing with the minerals spouting out of the cones. There are other exceptions as well so perhaps I should have said "As a whole, flora do not eat other living creatures, with few exceptions".

Fact is, my brother is really into these plants and it's amazing how many different types ther are. Just popped into my head and thought I'd mix things up a bit.
