 This happens in every economic area...Remember the market talking heads shows after the market headed South in March of 2000? Kept saying it was a temporary downturn, thing would be better any day, blah-blah.The next meaningul upswing began in April of 2003. It's kind of like the car ads: "You gotta buy now because now is the time to buy"...Yeah, right...
