Dueling: It just never goes out of style.

He's also guilty of serious impatience. The people were moving.

"Witnesses told police that Simpson was disturbed by the roaring sound of an ATV that Martin repeatedly drove past Simpson's house while helping a woman move."

I do not think that killing another person during a "duel" should be considered murder. It should be considered self defense, as the other person is also trying to kill you. You are just trying to beat him to it.

As long as both people are clear that it is a "duel" and that either could die, it should be fine.

You know... I have to agree. If two people both say "I accept that this is a duel", and such an agreement is made while not under duress (hard to prove I guess) then murder isn't really occurring.

One of my ancestors fought in the last legal duel in South Carolina, in which he killed an attorney.

I like it because I can relate to it.
I mean, haven't we all at one time or another wanted to kill an attorney?

Some people are alive only because it's illegal to kill them. Duels should be legal.

We probably wouldn't need any lawsuit reform if dueling was legal...

(It works on mutliple levels.)

And you guys wonder why duels are illegal (and who was behind outlawing them). Some lawyers may be twits but they ain't all stupid.

Duels should be legal, sign a duel contract, have a waiting period, apply for a permit, sell media rights, make it a duel by sword to be more interesting

Wonder why it was made illegal, must be a good reason for it.

I'd be up for that any day. I have four swords in my house right now, not including my "Mop Sword"
Two of them are battle-ready.

I use to swordfight for fun

Ohh..Tabs...that's somewhere you don't want to go with me. I have a reputation on the guitar forums for having a monster appetite.
If you're in Southern California, we should meet up in January...
