The '59 Les Paul in the first and third photos is the key. If you are a geek about the guitars (like me), you would recognize the guitar instantly as Pearly Gates. You would then deduce that the clean shaven nerdy looking guy could only be the caretaker for Pearly. The Reverend, Billy F. Gibbons. A haw, haw, haw....A hmm, hmm.

That's Billy Gibbons. I've got a good pre-beard era pic of him somewhere playing a Firebird I also. The first time I saw the pic with the strat I thought it was the comedian Larry Miller
