This is just simplistic thinking. You equate "outrageous" with "deviant." One could argue that inaction is equally is "deviant" in the face of moral evils. Or any number of points. I'm far enough right to be accused of being a fascist fairly regularly. But this crime has nothing to do with the left, far or not. It's most likely a group of drunk teens. Second line of suspects is a local skinhead group or some neo-nazi outfit.

The left burns flags in a completely different style and context. They prefer to hold protests with lots of cameras and witnesses and then burn the flag publicly to give the finger to American society at large.

The people who burned the flags and left swastikas are into hate. That's why they did it. Not because they are either right or left.

Yes, replacing American flags on the graves of American soldiers with swastikas is quite certainly a calling card. It is amazing thet the anti-war crowd seems to expect us to believe that what was obviously a detailed, well planned anti-war protest was caused by pro-war folks, nazis, anyone except someone with anti-war leanings.
