While Atkins was still jacking off to pictures in the National Geographic I was losing weight by limiting Starchs or as they call them today Carbs...That was about 30 years ago now.
And fk I hardly ever have any kind of Soda or even Junk food...My problem is the MASSIVE QUANITYS of food I eat and not the quality. |
