Wow, the Clapton video is great, thanks for posting. I'm loving these various music threads that we have going on here. I'm always hungry for new stuff or stuff that I haven't heard. I'm especially fond of blues, classic rock, jazz, and then a bunch of alternative stuff.

40 years later and electric guitar tone has not gotten any
better than Clapton in 68. Guess that was the pinnacle of
the evolution. It can not get better.

How much heroin do you suppose he did in the week before and after filming that?

I like how he gets the harmonics with the heel of his pick hand, does not mention it because he just does that without even thinking. I remember when my brother tried to teach me to play the guitar. Tough for someone who can listen to something once and play it back to you to teach some talentless clod like me.
