how much bandwidth for web hosting?

Signing up for web hosting for our small biz.

I can do either 250gb or 1000 gb a month transfer, 4 or 7 bucks a month.

How much is enough? Sight will probably have some photos in a gallery of sample work, maybe stick some of my racing stuff on there.

TIA

You'll probably never exceed the 250 but what's another 3 bucks.

Sign up for the smaller one and look at your useage after a few weeks. My host will increase our allowance if we get anywhere near the max coverage if needed then send me an email.

I host the largest BBS in the world on a certain subject on my personal site and we are still not using anywhere near the max that I am allowed, so see what your needs are.

JH- Are you putting in a retail shopping capability? Any active content? If it's just a plain ol' site to tell who you are, you should be fine with the smaller account. Hosting porn or Porsche discussions takes up bandwidth.
