'carnival culture' as normative the lowest common denominator proud ignorance/neanderthalism as virtue dodge ram pickup trucks with their closet homo owners desperately trying to show how manly they are. anti intellectualism obesity lack of motivation/tenacity the squeezing of the middle class entitlement women with the '***** face' the I'm-a-hardass act people being dumb enough to buy into the bread & circus we are offered while the powers that be get richer and richer and richer USA economy being overwhelmingly service-oriented predatory lending tactics from credit cards to mortgages commercial rock radio lack of chivalry/basic human decency tackiness of the middle class and their desperate grasp at perceived upward mobility

Our anything goes, anything for a buck culture and the duplicitous natures of those who wield power in the private- and public sectors.
Abusive use of the Bill of Rights by the wealthy and outrageous to the extent that their value to me is greatly diminished.

Corporate farming that gives the richest agricultural nation on earth tastless fruits and vegetables, lean pork, factory eggs and beef made of corn made of natural gas fertilizer. Besides all the fast food and processed crap on every supermarket shelf. Back to the soil!

...I earned the money, if I want a huge house and expensive car so be it. I paid my taxes and donated to my church. The rest is mine to spend not yours. PS. saw a man driving an Bently GT this morning and thought...good for him.

I am really sick of all the damn bumper stickers I see on cars, to include:
-Political Bumper stickers, for either party -Rainbow Bumper stickers -Equal sign bumper stickers -Calvin peeing on anything bumper stickers Basically all bumper stickers. I don't care what your view is, I don't care if you like the same sex, really, that is your business. I don't have a bumper sticker on my car that says "I bang females".... Bill |
