Asian Drivers WTF? Are They Thinking?
 

Out for lunch today in my 930 and;

A middle aged Asian woman next to me at a stop light proceeded on the green to drive across the street directly into (tee Boning ) the curb on the other side of the intersection. Incidentally, she was driving a new BMW 5 series. The impact folded the driverside wheel up in the fender well. Wrecked the entire front suspension and damaged the car for no apparent reason? I noticed her arms flailing, and a look like "Where did that come from" Lord!

I have always wondered why this lack of situational awareness and mechanical control of a car is such a major problem. They are obviously well educated and disciplined, but are such a nuisance on the road. Why are they a Human Factors nightmare?
They have proven to be a liability to themselves and anybody between the center divider and somewhere near or off the sidewalk.

For those of you who have no experience with Kamikaze pilots on the road. Please don't offer your thoughts.

There has to be a scientific answer to this?

The worst are soccer moms in gigantic SUVs. Automatic "get-me-the-f*ck-outta'-here" response triggered in my synapses whenever I see one. Even Asians are better. Unless it's an Asian soccer mom in an SUV, in which case I immediately pull over, shut off the car and run away on foot screaming in the opposite direction. :)

Perhaps you would like to go head to head on the street or track with the Asian typing this post? I'm sure scientific results of the meeting will be provided as to why you should have deleted the post or cancelled the thread while reevaluating your racial understanding of the world.

female SUV drivers are the worst. I once reduced a woman in a Suburban to tears after nearly clipping the front end of my Carrera. Stupid woman was on her cell phone as usual

Being a CA. native, I'm highly embarrassed when short-sighted stereotypes like this generate themselves in my home state. Sure, we have some poor drivers who happen to be Asian. But we also have a few redneck crackers who happen to type on their keyboards without thinking. :rolleyes:

When I lived in Calif. it was older Asians and Latinos (of any age) who sucked behind the wheel. Now, in FLA, it's Cubans, Senior Citizens and Haitians who suck.

It's a regional thing...

the worst are prick 930 owners. Kinda like the typical Porsche owner (insecure, vapid, desperate for attention, small penis), but they feel so small inside that they have to have a TURBO and a BIG WING and WIDE FENDERS. And they usually can't drive them either...

I'm a bit surprised by this thread, but I shouldn't be. I've seen all manner of idiot driver. Unless you can come up with concrete scientific, verified proof, I think you need to re-think, well, probably lots of things.

I forgot guys in jacked-up 4x4s with off-road tires that never go off-road. Usually the small-dicked type with the chrome ball-sack hanging off the trailer hitch.

I like when they try to drive like a sports car weaving in and out of lanes at 100mph (of course body-rolling about 2' either way) and ultimately roll the thing into a ditch. Good amusement.

C'mon let's have some more. Nobody's tackled young kids with sideways baseball hats in riced out Civics yet. It's like shootin' fish in a barrel here!
