going slighly off topic.

This doenst apparantly doesnt work. (read this somone where)

It only encourages Dogs to eat there Feaces,

You should ignore the behaviour, spray the area after cleaning with a deoderiser, dont pay any attention to it.

But make and praise the dog when he goes where he shoud do.

I dont have a dog and this might be crap (cuse the pun) but again somwhere I read this

A buddy of mine used to take pleasure pissing in bars during his frat days. At the bar, at a table, it didn't matter. Never got caught either. So that wet spot on the floor may not be spilled beer.;)
