Congrats Tabs. A big step in the right direction. In your new position as prophet folks are looking to you for leadership. I might convert from whatever the hell I am now. I could stand to loose a few pounds myself.

My famous "no grazing" diet;
1) Eat three times a day. 2) Not a single bite between meals. 3) Nothing to drink except water or black coffee/tea. 4) Eat all meals while SITTING DOWN. Once you get up from the table, you are DONE till the next meal. Not one bite while standing. This works amazingly well for my patients. Some people consume more than half their calories while "grazing". The beauty of this diet is there is no need to restrict portions or count calories/fat/carbs. Congrats, Tabs. Carb restriction is another tried and true approach. When you reach your target weight consider the "no grazing" approach.

I usually prepare one meal aday and that is dinner. In the mornining its 2 cups of Latte. In between its a piece of cheese, a piece of fruit or a small handfull of raw Almonds. The in between is to make sure the metabolism doesn't think its starvation mode.
I know my brain is insidious in its attempt to keep the weight on. It (Mother) will say, "You'd like to have some almonds right now, wouldn't you?"
